FAQ

Will I be notified that you received my resume or application?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation upon submission of your application. Be sure you hit “Submit” and not just “Save”. “Submit" will send your application to HR and the Hiring Manager for review and consideration.

When will I be contacted for an interview?
The department supervisor or Human Resources will contact qualified candidates.  Please keep in mind the recruitment process can take time.  We do our best to keep the process moving in a timely manner, but sometimes it can take up to 2-3 weeks before qualified applicants are contacted. 

After my interview, when will I be notified if I am offered the position?
The recruitment process can vary depending on the position. We will contact you by phone or meet with you in person to offer you the position. 

If you were interviewed, but are not offered the position, we will send you a letter or contact you by phone as soon as possible.
